After a few moments you should see the FileZilla shortcut in the Start Menu, Installation Directory, and Programs and Features in the Control Panel. Immediately exited/cancelled the install w/o installing, but noticed activity on the machine. Tried backing up, but was not able to get to that view of the popup to disable install.
Saw a brief popup for a different product. Similar experience with FileZilla – install was downloaded through their website.
